Yoga For Fertility
This class includes medically approved toning and strengthening exercises, stress management techniques, and group discussion of the developmental and emotional issues of infertility.
A class designed to help couples make the transition from infertility to pregnancy. Communicate with your partner about the expectations of becoming pregnant. Partner stretches and massage techniques for relaxation are included.

This workshop if for couples dealing with the stress of infertility. It will help you and your partner release tension and connect in a playful way. Includes Yoga Partner Stretches, Relaxation, and Massage.
